TICA purifying VRF unit applies the enhanced vapor injection (EVI) technology which endows it with higher cooling and heating performance in extreme weather. In addition, the design of shutdown-free defrosting eliminates the need for auxiliary heater, thus greatly reducing energy consumption.

The Maldives seaplane airport project commenced in January 2017. It is co-worked by Beijing Urban Construction Group and Maldives Airport Company. Being affiliated to the Maldives Verana International Airport, it has a total construction area of 10,000 sq.m.

This project applies TICA water-cooled flooded screw chiller, modular air handling unit, fan coil unit, and Modbus centralized control system. The entire TICA system presents efficient operation of TICA units, and also achieves the goal of energy-saving for customers.

Legend Hotel in Cambodia integrates casino entertainment, office buildings and other facilities. It is comparable to Westport Prince Hotel. The hotel has 21 floors, of which the 1st floor is a casino, the 2nd-8th floors are offices, and the 9th-21st floors are hotel rooms including 430 ordinary rooms and presidential suites.

For the 1st-8th floors, the TICA VRF TIMS-AXA series was adopted. The imported Mitsubishi EVI compressor provides strong power which fully satisfies heating and cooling demands of the hotel. For the 9th-21st floors, TICA purifying air duct unit is adopted to deliver professional purification services.

This solution is designed for the government building of Mendoza City, Argentina. Mendoza Province is extremely cold in winter and very hot in summer under a semi-desert climate. This famous city is located in the heart of the Cuyo region well known for wine making, with numerous wineries and other regional industries. The construction area of this project is 1200 sq.m. In aggregate, 39 sets of VRF units are used.

TICA VRF unit can smoothly work in harsh outdoor condition. It enables low-temperature heating without attenuation for winter and provides air cooling and refrigerant cooling for summer. Under the ambient temperature up to 48°C, its cooling capacity maintains excellent and there is little fluctuation in indoor temperature. Its superb cooling and heating performance has been well received by customers.
